If you want to talk numbers, Id say 8-10 pieces of mana ramp is a good number to aim for, but thats very arbitrary
For me, Push deserves a Top 3 spot, but I can see how it falls just behind the next card
That doesnt mean there arent some real Commander gems, mind you
By today's standards it might seem a little slow and clunky, but it's a card drawing machine
Rinse and repeat for unlimited creatures
However, getting this out on turn one would be a fantastic play, netting you at least a few turns of draw from other players setting up their boards before it is dealt with
