It's a little slow and narrow but offers some interesting play patterns

And that's before we even go looking for cards that break it like the nameless Elvish Archdruid or Gilt-Leaf Archdruid

At (3)(U)(U), this wouldnt be playable, let alone be able to make it to this list

The Dash ability of Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer gives the card even more flexibility to attack out of surprise, which leads the opponent to never be sure about clearing the board or attacking without leaving a blocker behind

As I say, there's a lot going on for a fairly high cost, and I struggle to see this card seeing too much play given the setup required to cast it for its Shift cost, especially in Ruby & Steel decks which typically skew far more aggressive
