With a bigger spotlight and a decades worth of experience, Wizards confidently decided to keep Proliferate worth about one mana, though Contentious Plan suggested it could be even cheaper
When Docent of Perfection transforms into Final Iteration, the instant or sorcery spell thats on the stack doesnt cause Final Iterations triggered ability to trigger
But I enjoy playing it a lot and I think it has a nice balance
