Why dont you do the same
An instant collection refers to a pool of cards that arent worth much, but may appeal to a younger player that just wants a lot of cards
Letting players trade down higher rarity cards for lower rarity cards might smooth things out too
My guess is that there are at least a couple hundred copies of Serras Sanctum for every Transmute Artifact that still exists
