Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis Broken cards are often cheap cards that do way too much for their low costs, so you might not expect an 7-drop on the list
The card is very good, and its probably seeing Constructed play, so I wouldnt be surprised if the prices went up
I should also mention that this tournament ran alongside another, the Tropical Mega Battle
