Rarity aside, theyre great 2-for-1 dorks that find the creature you need while putting a great blink or sacrifice body on board
As of right now it costs about 2 Euros, but I am very sure this cards price will rise in the next couple of years so Id call it a safe investment
Market value: Around $80$100 raw
Both effects work with each other, and in fact, you will most likely need to play Present Arms first before the creature's baseline effect can do anything
Of course this is a tough decision, but this Pikachu has some great art, and darn it if its not the cutest thing Ive seen
