The new Surtr, Fiery Jotun from the Assassins Creed Starter Decks is worth considering, too, if you like to rain down lightning bolts
It does need some setup, but if set up correctly, will win the game outright
If you are splashing black in your goblin deck it is for specific tools not generic cheap filler which is all this would be at best in a goblin deck
Naturally, not everyone has been fully on board with this move
Tyvar's Stand is a great protection spell that gets better as the game goes on, while Minor Misstep is devastating to a lot of 1-mana plays in Legacy, Pioneer, and Modern
