In Pokmon TCG Pocket , I see whales all over the social media groups and forums that brag about having opened easily double the packs as me to potentially obtain every card in that particular set or get more God Packs (a booster pack with all 5 cards of a very high rarity)

All of this begs the question: is it even possible for a Modern-legal card to fit these criteria
