Perhaps two new rarities will add a bit of diversity to pulls, and make buying booster packs over just the singles for the in-vogue cards actually worthwhile
But be aware that you will be unable to affect any game that does not have silver-bordered cards in one of the decks
Its up to you to determine if thats a good thing or if it takes some of the fun out of ripping packs
