Lutri, the Spellchaser is also exempt from this discussion, since it remains banned in the format
It doesnt have to be, but it needs to be referenceable
Wouldnt it be nice to be able to just dig through those boxes and cast whatever you need in the match at hand
Instead it usually has a powerful effect that costs mana
As far as I could tell, they conformed to all the required specs for the size of a Magic card
