Being a Judge promo means it was only distributed to any official judges at supported MTG tournaments in 1993

There were only three cards that received serialized versions in the set, and all three of them were borderless versions of three new Eldrazi titans
In white, the go-to card is always going to be Swords to Plowshares
Bumbling Pangolin: This creature can't attack or block alone, embodying the idea of its clumsy nature
Despite being legal as a one-of, they actually did not play Mind Twist, preferring instead to Black Vise people to death
