While I do feel like the card is a bit underwhelming, I appreciate the Rapid Regeneration ability
Such rules can be a simple agreement between two players, or they may be defined by the host of a tournament
It has great synergy with creatures and counters, so Id expect it to do some crazy things
From among the main set extended-art legends, there are 40 uncommons, 44 rares, and 14 mythic rares
While Necropotence is undoubtedly an insanely powerful card, I dont think its as essential to having a good time as Black Market Connections
