That is to say, it looks to all intents and purposes like a normal, non-full art Pokemon card, except the illustration features a Shiny Pokemon and pattern

It's played everywhere

However, the months following the release saw this card pull back to about $250

Its going to be weird to consider going second after years of first being the clear favorite, but its going to be even weirder playing a match where my opponent wants to go first and I want to go second

While it's unlikely that every one of your opponents will be hit hard by this ability, it's fair to say that at least one or two will find it a nuisance

Trying to keep pace with a Hierarch when playing a highly aggressive deck is a head slumping experience, and due to the lack of competition most decks with access to the colored mana would choose this over other creatures in the same price range
