It didnt introduce anything revolutionary, as it was the basic set, but it has more than a dozen EX Pokemon across all three booster packs

Looking at it, this card is essentially a bulkier version of the Gyarados EX from Mythical Island, boasting 210 HP (instead of 180 HP) but having the same 4x Energy, 140 DMG move

Despite this, all four of these Pokemon have only ever received an EX card and one holo rare, which is pretty decent for their first appearances

This card puts the beloved dragon wannabe in a badass pose and gives it an edgier look

It works well with the current unstoppable creatures thing dominating Legacy, and it might be an intriguing sleeper pickup
