The deck was lost to history until Cara Emily Querin, a notable historian in the Pokmon TCG community, worked with the brothers to recreate the list from scratch the best they could in 2014

In this case, this became a reality in Pokmon TCG but it was more a necessity to survive than any other thing

It was eventually picked up by Wizards of the Coast (known for producing Magic: The Gathering ) and revealed to American audiences as the Pokmon Trading Card Game in January 1999
