It fits nicely into builds like Adeline that want to fish out cards like Myrel or Boromir, or even in Giada Angels, where the counters can buff Angels large enough to Station quickly
(I liked the Fallout-themed version better, which depicted the ring as the circle of light when a Vault door cracks open

Id run this in most EDH decks that support its color identity, even without counter synergies
I also only included cards that ultimately draw at least two more cards to rule out the card quality spells like Brainstorm and Ponder
