Its very much a tricksy kinda blue card incidentally, my favorite type of blue card

Three power with double strike is hard to block profitably, but your opponent has to block it to prevent the combat damage trigger

Time Spiral Time Spiral is very powerful, if a bit expensive

Blues is one of the strongest mill effects, so Im high on that too

While Poison Horn costs three Energy to start using, 90 damage and a guaranteed method of Poisoning your opponents Pokemon is not a bad way of clearing your opponents strongest Pokemon in two hits
