This dress is also from our recent local thrift store haul and the shrug is part of the 2-piece set I purchased recently (and you can see it together in Tuesdays look here) The dress isnt EXACTLY a summer dress since its 3/4 length sleeves (see it by itself here in Wednesdays look) but it did need some layers for warmth
