It feels like maybe it's just not that deep, I guess, and if you're only playing in LoTR it could maybe be a mana-fixer

How broken could it possibly be

Treasures are super powerful and to get 6 for combat if you hit your opponents in a pod of four players is absolutely divine

It doesnt produce any mana and it instead gives an ability to every creature on the board that causes them to be destroyed unless the person controlling them keeps paying mana to prevent this from happening
