Run another continuity test with your multimeter in the same way as before
Pinpointing the Exact Problem So, your 12V power outlet is dead
Touch one probe tip at one end of the exposed part of the cigarette lighters fuse, and the second probe at the other end
A small socket set with common metric sizes, like a 10mm , will almost always get the job done
Ive checked the two fuses (16 internal, 53 external) and they are both good
Connect directly to your battery
