We recently put together an agreement in South Carolina and now some other states, where the private insurers and Medicaid and Medicare pay for sickle cell anemia treatment. That treatment is a million dollars. It cures sickle cell anemia, but its a million dollars. If we can get a generic drug, a biosimilar, that does the exact same thing for a fraction of the cost, we can make that treatment available in every state. Right now, it is barely economic for the insurance companies because they think that maybe the long-term treatment of somebody with sickle cell anemia is going to cost more than that million dollars and it's right on the borderline. If we could cut that in half, it would be a no-brainer for every single state to adopt it.
